Everything started off smoothly: lists were checked, stock levels counted, and processes reviewed for efficiency. Our goal was to ensure operations were running seamlessly, all to provide our customers with the best possible quality. 

But then, an unexpected twist appeared – in the form of a giant spider right in the middle of our kitchen! Just like in business, obstacles can pop up unexpectedly and throw you off course. But what truly matters is how you respond. In our case, Audrey impressed us all by fearlessly taking charge of the situation and quickly resolving the problem. After this small but surprising interruption, we got back on track with renewed energy. To help us power through, the company treated the whole team to a well-deserved lunch.

Reflecting on the day, we identified three essential principles of doing business in the U.S.:
