GETT North America LLC is a wholesaler for medical computer hardware. The products are made in Germany. That’s where the head quarter is located. We are a small team looking for a results-driven sales assistant to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The company is a startup in a fast paced, energetic and ever changing environment. Job description:

Your job will be to research potential customers, contact them and win their interest for this product. Please let us know, if you have any technical knowledge about computers or a general technical understanding for such devices. You will receive a paid training. We will also explain, which target customers you should look for. Your work will have a direct impact on the company, so this job gives you a great opportunity for growth.


  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Research potential customers online
  • Use existing list of potential customers to introduce the company and its products
  • Eventually attend trade shows that the company exhibits at (e.g. in FL or NV)
  • Visit trade shows to find potential customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Follow up on leads that were provided to you
  • Send quotes and follow up on them
  • Record all customer interactions in a CRM (customer relationship manager)
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (figure out the correct person to talk to)
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Eventually follow up on open invoices
  • Answer the phone, return calls (voice mail) and issue RMA numbers for faulty products
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Run monthly reports and work closely with the vendor (located in Germany)
  • Data entries (example: get shipping quotes)
  • Run errands
  • Book events, flights, hotels, purchase office supplies online
  • Test products for functionality
  • Marketing activities (posting on the company’s social media)
  • Research topics that are relevant to our business
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Job requirements:

  • Computer knowledge and general technical understanding
  • Proven work experience in sales
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks after priority and meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability and willingness to travel (0 - 40%)
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Basic Excel skills required
  • The programs QuickBooks, HubSpot, MS Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint are being used on a daily basis. Proficiency is a plus, but not required.
